Auto Insurance Evaders

Auto Insurance Evaders

Each state continues to see the numbers and they are rising as uninsured motorists are becoming a problem. States have enacted many different laws and still the numbers keep rising. How do these auto insurance evaders get around the system? Today we are going to look at what states have done, but still more work needs to be done to stop the numbers from rising.

If you have ever been in an accident with an auto insurance evader, you know what a growing problem this has become. The biggest problem with auto insurance evaders is they know the system very and the loopholes as well. States have been implementing many new laws to close these loopholes, but they still exist. Some states now randomly pull names from their database and you must prove you have auto insurance. If you do not have it at the time of compliance, you could have your license suspended. The biggest problem most auto insurance evaders do not have drivers license either which just compounds the problems. States have the problem of finding ways to get compliance without seeming like big brother is watching you. It's a fine line and states understand this.

One of the biggest keys is states and insurance companies need to work together to fix the problem. Insurance companies now tend to charge auto insurance evaders much higher premiums then what regular customers would have to pay. This is a good first step, but there is still a long way to go to fix the problem. States need to enact laws that will penalize the drivers who evade the auto insurance issue. They also need to implement programs to help these types of drivers to find affordable insurance programs to use.

Auto insurance evaders will continue to grow unless everyone addresses the problem. This includes the federal, state, and local governments. Finding the root of the problem and providing solutions is the key. Unless that is done, auto insurance evaders will continue to find ways to get around it. In today's world with all the technology available, it may get easier for them then tougher. This is why the problem needs to be work on before it continues to worsen.

I spoke with my agent from ***** who said I probably wouldn't save much, so instead, I went straight home after picking up the kids from school, jumped on to AutoInsuranceWeb.com, and in a few short minutes, found that I could save about $40 a month by switching insurance companies. I think I'm going to save a few $1,000 dollars over the next few years. Gosh! My agent is terrible. I owe you a big one :)
